- Tasks -> New Task; set due date and priority. Drag to reorder in lists.
- Mark done/undone with one click; filter by owner or completion state.
- Use links to attach tasks to CRM records so context follows the work.
Good practices
- Use priorities intentionally; keep “urgent” rare.
- Keep tasks small and specific; link to the related record so activity is discoverable.
- Start your day with a “mine” filter and clear overdue items first.
